First Lost Shoe
So I had no intention to ride Versace today because I was sore from yesterday's riding and had to ride Zeus again. (He's torture on my body!!)
But... When I did go out to feed him I noticed he was missing a shoe. Great. I wasnt surprised cuz I saw it was getting loose. Luckily the shoe was right near the gate. i brought him in later and he was lame but there were no wounds from the nails. I let him chill inside for awhile so he wouldnt do anymore damage trying to fight off bugs. The hoof ripped up quite a bit. But i'm sure fred can fix it. I left him a message and hopefully he can get out soon. Luckily Vi is due for shoes anyway so he can do both and I wont have to pay any extra fees. i gotta get some bell boots to help prevent this from happening again.
Today was the first day i put him out without a treat. he was pissed but i think i need to wean him off of the daily treats. He's getting fat and im running out of treats and money. I will only give him one when i ride him i think from now on.
