EEEEEEEE Madscot! Your parcel came! *snugs you madly* Took a bit, but that's because the address for some reason was #45 instead of #25 o.O OURS NOW, REGARDLESS. *pets da bear* ATM he's sitting on the battery charger and wearing a hat.
Pinky decided to throw another sick fit last night. This one was pretty damned bad - we honestly thought we were going to lose her. To the extent that I ended up at one point having to do a modified version of EAR to help her clear her lungs out. Took a lot of work to get at least some of the perpetual crap in her lungs out, then she kipped down with me while I dozed on and off, fussing over her.
So of course I went to sleep with an exhausted rat after a huge non-breathing fit, and woke up with a hyper rat who had clambered off the couch, wizzed under it, and eaten all the custard. And clawed the shit out of me.
For my part, I woke up with screaming allergies, but a cheeky pinky. So it's a win. So I picked her up and snugged back down under the couch, sneezing and honking and watching a couple eps of King of the Hill while she stuck her head in my clevage and bruxed madly
Tooled up and hit southland. No greenhouses at Aldi. Bastards. But I did pick up a shitton of meat. For those of you unaware, we have a vacuum sealer. We also have a standalone freezer. We also have a tasman meats nearby, so every 3-6 months (depending on consumage) I trot up to Tasman and get about 10-15kg of MEAAAAAT that is then parcelled down to dinner sized portions, sealed and frozen. ( If you have a Tasman near you btw, hit them up. Six gigantic heart shaped schnitzels for $10 atm). Also many, many tins of chopped and pureed tomatos. My arms hate me, but we have a full meat drawer and steak and hash browns for din dins, so fuck 'em.
Also picked up some much-needed baffies *strokes them* and grit my teeth and got some new bras. I farkin' hate bra shopping. It's bullshit expensive - due to the ridiculous disparity 'twixt chest and tit, I usually end up having to go to Bras n things or Myer because they're the only damned stores that have ones in my size (10/12 E) and they charge you out the clacker for them. (But at least I know I'm getting damned well $50 of material out of them. HA!) Also snagged some more housey odds n ends and plates for reception.
Torasin is puttering about the house and fussing over Pinky. Neither of us got much sleep last night, and he's been feeling a bit off, so he took the day off work rather than end up sneezing all over the wedding guests on sat :P I do like having him home though *snuggles*
Tomorrow: Nails, hair, faffy shit, and find some hose. Going to ridiculously poncify about southland again with moonmip, and pick up a basket for my USB keys. And some sawhorses I saw at Aldi but couldn't bring home because I couldn't get a friggin' trolley due to no coinage on my person *shakes fist at locked trolley bays* And probably some more Kaiserdom for torasin if he likes the samples I brought home today - $4 a litre, and his beer forums do praise it, so I nabbed him a couple cans, and if he likes, shall fetch more tomorry *nods*
