PREMISE -
Seven years in the future. New arrivals continue: the crime rate rises. Citizens vote to rebuild a prison to keep criminals--albeit without deity sponsorship--and to reinstall the position of Warden. Villains take advantage of the system; a corrupt warden comes to power and holds office for a year.
