Video time
I love Lacuna Coil. They go up on the board as one of my all-time favorite bands. Goddamn I am glad I got to see them live. (Especially in the small venue that is Neumo's bar.) Still makes me smile. I got to Mosh with Badinage and Zach, and the whole band has awesome stage presence. Christina was of course gorgeous as always. They also did theyr awesome cover of "Enjoy the Silence", which I have to admit that , depite being a fan of Depesche Mode, I liked more than the original. So I got ahold of a copy of Lacuna Coil's new album 'Shallow Life'. the song 'I like it'? Well.... I like it. Anybody who knows me can probably guess why after hearing the song.
It's funny then that the music video doesn't seem to jive with the message of the song. (Think about it, the song is about being free from expectations of others, and in the Video is Christina trying to find a group she clicks with. The video however, is even funnier.
The poster in the opening of NON STOP ART (Don't stop the art) amuses me. And wiggers in lens-flare jackets^^. I'm sure the band had a blast making this video. That's all I have to say.
