A Fandom tattoo addition
As most of you know, I have 2 tattoos. My first one was done a couple of weeks after I turned 18. One of the biggest jokes in the GACKT fandom back then was the fact that he used "dakishimete" in SOOOO many of his songs.
Well hell, its cute and I wanted something that reminded me of GACKT, but wasn't his name, or the name of a song, ne? So I got it done on my inner ankle.

Then, when I was 19/20 (I don't remember xD;) I got a crescent moon with the kanji for "kagen no tsuki". For GACKT's tour of the same name, plus the movie HYDE was in.
Well, this one wasn't done at my usual piercing/tattoo parlor and I regretted it. The kanji came out to be blur blur の(no) blur, as shown here. (I've posted about this before)

At 21, just before going to study abroad, and since I was in Houston, I went back to my usual place and decided, hell, this will be my Sailor Moon fandom tattoo instead and I got a star to cover the kanji fail xD
(Usagi/Sailor Moon = moon. Seiya/Sailor Star Fighter = star)

Now at 23, I've decided to make a small addition. I'd been tossing the idea around in my head since being in Japan, but only really thinking seriously about it since last year. So finally, yesterday, I got it done.

Its the solar eclipse "O" from BORN's logo. I took the photo close to one of my posters for comparison purposes.

Obviously, since I took the time to type up a post on lj, I love it. I think the boys need to come back to the US asap so I can show them >D *shot*
This is my smallest tattoo and I'm so happy I found someone at my usual parlor that works well with smaller tattoos. They're difficult to do without having them bleed ink into the surrounding skin and blurring the whole thing! I thought I was going to end up having to do it bigger, but he was able to reassure me it would be okay in this smaller size I originally really wanted =3
And as I put in Japanese on fb, from now on, its as if I'll always have my boys close to me /endcheesiness
