Office Depot Update
I finally got the call that they looked into my laptop and deemed it "unrepairable". This means, they'll be moving forward with the "no lemon" policy and refunding me the full purchase price for the laptop.
Only now, they're giving me the runaround and want to reimburse me with an Office Depot gift card. HELL NO. I'm not spending money with Office Depot again. Office Depot can suck it.
I put in a cash/check refund request and it seems I'll hear back on Friday. If they deny it, I'm speaking to as many supervisors as I need to, damn it. This is too much stress already! >___
