Always choosing Best Buy's Geek Squad over Office Depot from NOW ON
So...I send my laptop out to get fixed
I have trouble with UPS failing to deliver my package by not knocking on my door, meaning they attempted to deliver at the wrong address
I finally get my laptop back by driving all the way OUTSIDE of Texas HOUSTON to get to the UPS center an my laptop is actually WORSE than when I sent it in.
They used a USED keyboard to replace it, yet again.
Out of the entire number/symbol row, only the %,^, _, and + work. Plus, now either my fan or hard drive is making a buzzing noise that WASN'T THERE BEFORE.
Office Depot has now been called and politely bitched out (The wonders of having call center experience? Knowing how to politely bitch people out in order to get your way)
They're sending yet another box to send my laptop out, but this time, they're keeping my laptop after diagnosing the problems and they'll either be reimbursing me my full $849.99 or sending a new laptop.
Here's hoping for the money.
