She just plays crazy ALL too well and I love it xD;

In other news, the anime meetup yesterday was pretty much a disappointment =/ It was mostly middle aged guys (30+) and ONE other girl besides me, who was a lolita elitist ^^; Won't be going there again, unfortunately.
Job interview-wise, the job is through another staffing agency. I went and passed the first test, with a high score they say, so they had me do the other test, the bilingual test AS WELL as the interview at the same visit. (passed ALL of the tests) When they shook my hand and escorted me out, they said if I fit the position, I should hear back by 5pm. I got the call at 3pm and my 2nd, more in-depth interview is scheduled for Monday. Very good signs it seems ne.
My only issue, if I get this job, is that I'll have to dye the pink out of my hair. (Now wait a bit before passing judgment on whether I'm being childish about this) I thought I'd have no issue with that but when she told me while walking me out, I cried a bit once I got to my car.
My pink hair is in memory of my late grandmother. She was the one who dyed it for me, who's idea it was for me to go pink. She died about a year after I initially got it done and I've been touching up the roots since then, in her memory. I've also had the pink in for 4 years...3 of those years, dedicated to her. Its my last tangible memory of my grandmother.
I'd understand if this was a high up professional position but this is a call center. I will NEVER come face to face with the customer. They can't tell I have pink hair by the sound of my voice over the phone. Why the necessity to conform to the 'norm'? I'm not just a teenager out there looking to 'stand out' or rebel. This is my memory of my grandmother that I love so dearly.
Let me be a child for a moment and say "Its not fair"
If I had a choice, I'd choose to get paid a bit less and work with Just Energy, the company I interviewed with last week. That is a permanent position and I asked them, so I know my hair would be NO problem. Also, they're a really laid back company, and I wouldn't have to deal with a staffing/temp agency since its a direct company hire.
This job I interviewed with today is 6 months temp through a staffing agency with the possibility of extending to a year and then 2 years total after that. There's also a possibility to become permanent but its based on spots available and performance.
Come on Just Energy...call me back. Both training classes start the same day. Just Energy says I should hear back anytime between when they interviewed me and the day before the training class. Why so slow? If you want me, claim me.
