yes, I would like to pay via paypal.
but it may takes a little time, because I need to transfer the money to my paypal account first, and my bank is always a bit slow at this stuff.. but if everything goes well you should have the money by monday or tuesday.. if that's o.k for you.

and since I live in germany it would be shipping.
do you know what the shipping would cost or should I at first pay only the picture and pay the shipping after you send it?

should I send you my adress per e-mail now or when you received the money?

I don't know .. but maybe I'm just to stupid, blind or I'm just looking at the wrong places.. or all three of these options.. but I can't find the gift optin xD I can only find: Goods, services or ebay items.. I just don't use paypal often enough.. could you tell me how much more money that would be or shall I calculate it? ^^
