My story "So Much Loss," which focuses on Doctor Seward and Arthur Holmwood's relationship 10 years after the events of DRACULA, and their encounter with the French "sorcerer supreme" Sar Dubnotal, is included in the volume. This is the story I'd originally written to submit to Steve Berman's SUFFER'D FROM THE NIGHT: QUEERING BRAM STOKER'S DRACULA, so the Seward-Holmwood relationship is a romantic one, damaged souls that they are.
Of course, there are a couple of nods to other books and television shows that I love. This is a Wold Newton Universe related anthology, after all.
