Well, since the year is almost over, it's time for the annual "first sentence from the first post of each month" thingie. Here goes:
JANUARY: I am going to post the full list of what I read in 2006 over in
bookshare.
FEBRUARY: Well, I am officially a resident of the new place in Sparta.
MARCH: Well, I had meant to come home tonight and watch LOST, and then post about both that and Heroes before calling Dave ... and I can't seem to get the media viewer at abc.com to work.
APRIL: .... for finding the best name for a Chinese restaurant ....
MAY: So I'm official. The boss flies back to NJ tomorrow, I drive up to Detroit on my own.
JUNE: Okay, so what you do is put your username (or part of it, at least) in front of the following words and paste in a result from google search.
JULY: Saturday, June 30th is Leap Second Time Adjustment Day.
AUGUST: I'm in the terminal at Fort Lauderdale, waiting for the plane to begin boarding.
SEPTEMBER: Well, I'm back home in NJ after a long day.
OCTOBER: Man ... I almost forgot, after reminding myself three times, that Heroes was on at 9 CST, in which time zone I am.
NOVEMBER: You know, I'd really like to be telling NaNoWriMo that I managed 1100 words tonight, to get my first numbers posted actually on day one of the competition.
DECEMBER: This was mentioned in a comment to last night's post, but as I am an honest Puck and proud of my friends and relations and their accomplishments, I am going to give this top billing, full bells and whistles and neon lights, and exhort you all to help me out:
