That was one of the more interesting weekends I've had in a while. It was nice to get out of the rut for once, and do something besides D&D and video games.
Friday was the standard: Watch Jesse's game, return to Dravo, play video games until unconscious.
Saturday started off at about 11:45, with instantaneous anger at the fact that I stayed up so late on Friday that I lost my morning. Afterwords, some anime club people went to see Silent Hill. The movie utterly failed to horrify me, which is sad. (Well, i was horrified at one of the near-final scenes, but that's just because of humanity as a whole... Blind faith needs nerfed.) Afterwords though, we went to the hawks nest, then Doug's place to play video games and whatnot. We played Guitar Hero for awhile then watched Batman Begins. Good stuff all around. I spent the entire movie within Rachel's poking range, but she was relaxed enough that I got by mostly scott free.
Sunday started off with music from my neighbors room. Great way to start a day. I figured I was already in a bad mood, so I went ahead and started my math hw. Once that frustrated me, I decided to go to the Symphonic Band concert. It was pretty decent, and for the most part, the music was well played. I could hear a few unprepared people, but none in the sections with anime club people in them. At the intermission, Doug invited me to go to dinner with him, Tasha, and his parents. It was nice (best food I've had since school started) even with the awkward silences inherent in eating with your friend's parents.
Afterwords I came back and finished up my math homework. Then I watched a few eps of Naruto and wrote a post. Which you are reading. Maybe.
That's it!
Now for the final week of school! Holy crap that went fast...
