So today I finished reading Harry Potter à l'école des sorciers on the bus (why they didn't call it Harry Potter et la Pierre philosophale is beyond me, but not related to this post). After I put the book back in my back the guy next to me says "Excuse me, but were you just reading Harry Potter in French?"
"Yep"
"I think that's about the coolest thing I've seen anybody read on the bus. You win."
As always, after the short conversation I wish I'd said something more intelligent (like comparing the translations, for example), but still, I win!! hee!
