Gods, my tolerance for stupidity has reached an all-time low this week. First, there's some idiot suing a rail company because their kids were playing chicken on the railroad tracks and one got hit. Hello? If you're that dumb, if your parents don't teach you that, hey dummy, trains go really fast and can't fucking stop on a dime or even a row of 100 $1 bills, you deserve the consequences. And why were the parents letting the kids do that anyway?
Now there's some lawsuit going down in my old hometown where some girl (jumped, was pushed, "accidentally" fell, etc) off the 5 story parking garage downtown. They're suing the parking garage. Gah!
All these stupid lawsuits and food warning labels make me want to scream ("Nutrageous candy bars - may contain peanuts, hazelnuts, walnuts, etc" - WTF?)
I want to start a new citizen's education group to stop all this nonsense. We could call it the Citizen's Revolt Against Stupid Suing - or C.R.A.S.S.
