Okay, I've got some guesses! yay! and some of them are even right! I am going to post the right guess, and another clue for the ones no one has guessed yet.

All are anime except for 11 is Manga (tho there was an OVA once, but it wasn't even close to the epicness of the manga, so it doesn't count) and most, but not ALL are Yaoi pairings.
