[Sephiroth's visage flickers to life over the vid pickup. He does not seem to be impressed. In fact, the General looks quite cynical, as if he bit into a lemon without realizing it.]
It has come to my attention through careful observation that this city is slowly being overrun by the creatures assailing it night after night. And not only is New Ashford suffering an repetitive gouging against its walls, it seems that some sort of magic is bringing other hostiles within the city itself.
The native residents of this city cannot stand alone against these growing threats. Therefore, to remedy that end, I am respectfully asking for anyone who can bear arms to volunteer their skills and services; we will form a militia, of sorts, providing anyone in the city has specialized skills.
[A slight pause before he continues.]
For those who do not know me, as I doubt many do, I am Sephiroth of Midgar, General to ShinRa's Elite SOLDIER unit and am not without experience in survival and tactics. Contact me with questions or enlistment.
