[New Ashford's resident devil hunter has been hellaciously busy. Thanks to his scavenging skills, the house appropriated shortly after arriving now resembles his office back in Los Angeles. The
sign on the front of the
decrepit building flashes erratically -don't ask him where he found that neon, yo- and the entire place seems rundown and scarcely habitable. It is, however, fortified like a fortress; steel and iron reinforcing the deceptive outer shell. Cunningly located windows give perfect sightlines down the street and render ambush impossible. No one's gettin' within striking distance unnoticed. A concealed panel to the left of the entrance leads to the garage, through which the second floor can be accessed, as well as by the stairwell in the large main room. The
front room is sectioned off: a ratty table with chairs,
a jukebox -miraculously discovered in a pile of debris behind one of the buildings- and the lopsided liquor cabinet occupy the far section, while his
huge desk, chair and a rather lumpy couch occupy the other.
However, when Dante, whistling between his teeth, heads out into the garage,
a shocking surprise awaits. As
does another. Sulfurous swearing suddenly fills the network as the hunter knocks the communicator reaching for his guns; how in fuck's name had the little bastards slunk under his radar...and what the hell were Msira demons doing here??]
YOU ASSHOLE MOTHERFUCKERS BETTER NOT PUT A SCRATCH ON MY BABY, YOU HEAR ME??
[But then the thunder of twin pistols fills the air, accompanied by the enraged shrieks and dying squalls of demons.]
[ooc notes: So, the Something From Home
player plot for Dante. Basically, he's received his motorcycle from his office back home and is absolutely thrilled, but naturally it comes with a catch.
Msira demons have arrived too, and have filled the garage near to bursting, as well as infested the rest of New Ashford. These demons are relatively easy to kill - all for the last type, the Jomothumsira will be present- but they swarm in vast numbers, sometimes fifty or more. They scream and chatter like monkeys and are fast, agile and very, very vicious. They can be killed any number of ways: gunfire, swords, bashing in the head, ect, provided one can get close enough. Questions, lemme know, otherwise, have fun!]
