Positive thinking goes a long way

Oh God today sucked.

I got to school, took my quiz, I did alright. We took some notes and the teacher left us go like half an hour early. So I go and buy my ticket for the awards dinner and wait for my next class to start.

Keep in mind I skipped the past two times.

The teacher's assistant comes in and I get a bad feeling. So I ask the girl next to me when our test is.

You can guess her answer.

I think I did OKAY. For a two part essay exam that I didn't study for once. I feel like I did as good as I did on my last one and I passed it :/

Such a wake up call. I have to do good. I could get on academic suspension.

So I'm gonna be really studying for now on.

I wonder if it is possible to start over if you ever wanted to. Refuse to send your transcript to another college perhaps. There apparently IS a super extreme option to erase your entire history at a college and start over. O.O

Sometime this month I have to go and get advised for next semester. Bleh.

Afterwards I went with Thomas to blow off some steam and we went shopping for a suit. It's gonna be expensive but it's something I probably need to own anyway. I didn't settle on one so maybe Bree will come shopping with me for one sometime.

At work things are better. The CSAs wrote off like 80 pounds of candy and we can have it.

I hate school. I keep thinking about how being an optometrist - assuming I'd even get accepted - is so far away and I want something now. Now now now.

Other good news.. I like working with Austin on stories. He's honest and we seem to mesh well. We're actually able to exchange ideas and create something more than if there was only one of us. Never worked with someone like that before. It's exciting.

The rule is I write everyday. No matter what. And study. I'm gonna be so busy but I'm still going to see everyone.

I'm really thinking about asking to go back to part time with work. I dunno, probably not. Maybe I will be a little more demanding about them with my schedule. Or I can just study between class and work.
