Scott,

We did some research and found that all of your previous emails
have been going to a spam folder. Since the erro in the shipping of
your order was our error, we are going to ship you the correct item and
you can keep the item that you received. The replacement sword should
be
going out to you within the week. We apologize for the error, the
inconvenience and any frustration this situation has caused you.

OHHHHH! So that's the problem! Apparently every e-mail I've sent them except for the one where I threatened to go to the Better Business Bureau got stuck in THEIR spam filter! (this after they said to watch for theirs going into MINE). I guess my phone calls went there, too. Funny how that worked out :-) Well, to say I am skeptical about this would be an understatement. I shall keep you all informed.
