Mushroom omelet
Mushroom omelet is one of the simple international dishes suitable for breakfast or snacks. This dish combines mushrooms, eggs, spices, and vegetables.
Ingredients for four people
- mushroom 500 g
- egg 4
- Red bell pepper 1
- medium onion 2
- Thyme powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1.5 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Sliced gouda cheese (optional) 2

Mushroom Omelet Instructions
Step 1
Peel and finely chop the onion, heat a pan and add a spoonful of olive oil. Add chopped onion and sauté for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the bell pepper into strips, add to the pan, and then sauté for 5 minutes. Chop the mushrooms into slices and add them.
Step 3
sauté the mushrooms for 7 to 10 minutes until their water evaporates completely. Take the ingredients from the pan and set them aside.
