it's my annual tradition to call in sick on the 1st in order to wreak maximum mischief elsewhere. not that I'm the only bellwether for benign mischief at a public high school -- I came in yesterday to find porn photos on all the noticeboards in the staffroom. I'm not too certain who's accountable. not me, at the least.
the sheer childish delight of april fool's (did you see google's prank? it was sublime) has almost made up for my roommate's absence, and also the fact that my friend has decided that the supreme court is somehow cooler than pizza-stained napkins in new york. alas. stop being such a fuck-up? actually, now that I mention it, this place is intensely lonely with neither roommate nor dog to keep me company. are there any massively drunken soirees this weekend I should know about and be invited to? if not: friends, Romans, countrymen, rally to the call, etc.
