it's like... epic
so corey sends me a link to the veronica mars season 4 promo, and of course, i get sucked back in again...
haha...
but seriously, after watching those two off of you tube, i can't help but check out other you tube links featuring veronica mars.... so i spends hours on end jsut watching old scenes, and listening to old songs that veronica mars oh so features. i become depressed..... not just depressed in the fact that veronica and logan's relationship forever tore at my heartstrings, but just the fact that they are no more... they are no more... wallace is no more... keith... weevil... oh it's too much to bare...
and to be honest, is that what the issue is? or is the ending to vmars also the ending to a great year with my girls that i will never forget... a year of bible studies, close relationships with amazing women... the end to my childhood forever... the end to easy life... the end to no worries.... the end of attending class and doing homework... the end to trying to eat icecream on the windiest beach EVER... the end to dancing in front of a tv to hsm... the end to visiting the cider mill with the gang... the end to shooting marshmallows at pop cans... the end to all those things that make me smile
it's sad, ya know? it stinks to be so far away from it all, and while i will admit things have gotten better, i just feel like i'm missing out.
so to fix the matter, i pulled out some old journals and got a few laughs from some of the things i found in them....
-last day of bible study for the semester and corey volunteers to say prayer. before we begin, we talk about how it's okay to mess up because God has a sense of humor....
corey: God says, "corey, another cookie?"
yes, God, I love my cookies!
so corey proceeds to seay prayer and means to say "bless" but says "breast"
corey: omg, did i jsut say breast in the prayer?
-is ignoramous a swear word?
-umm... emily, do you have anything else to add?
my goodness... the laughter reading these brought me...
