[This is the sound of Maka's stomach growling, loudly. Nothing new was caught in Ed's traps last night when she checked, and all she was able to find were some mushrooms. Not having eaten anything in a while, she ate some before she was able to distribute them to anyone else. Seeing her now, staring at stationary objects and giggling to herself,

It's okay. Ed will prob pass out from hunger soon enough. Even with Al's prodding him to eat.

[Ed flails and runs outside down the street, heading for the one he recalled dropping Maka off at, hoping that the girl hadn't wandered too far from home.]

[She seems to be laying on her front lawn, staring at the sky.]

Maka! Are you okay?! [Ed near yells from worry and confusion, shaking her by the shoulders before looking at her eyes and realizing it must be mushrooms.]

...The hell? I knew I should have shown everyone where the safe mushrooms are...

Look, I think we should get you back inside. I'll stay with you till you've calmed down.

[Ed is not overprotective of his friends, no. Just really concerned and has a major guilt complex in general.]

[Maka would be led inside by Ed, walking a little awkwardly and giggling to herself.]

But I am caaaaaaaaaalm.

[Also, if he were to examine the rest of the mushrooms Maka left in the kitchen, he'd notice that the only unsafe one is the one that is half-eaten. Apparently Maka has terrible luck today.]

Sure you are. I just..I just wanna be sure you'll be alright.[Ed drags the girl inside and does indeed notice said mushrooms on his way past/ through the kitchen. Perceptive brat that he is. He resists the urge to facepalm at that, continuing through to Maka's bedroom and sitting her on the bed after he paused long enough to get rid of said half eaten mushroom so nobody else would eat it.]

I knew I should have gone with you to get the food, now look...Out of all the mushrooms you could have gotten ahold of.. [The boy gave a sigh and scratched the back of his head, wondering what to do next. He was unsure if these mushrooms were the same as the ones he and Al had accidently eaten back on the Island. By the way Maka was acting, he guessed they were a different.]

[Maka has adopted a similar position to the one she had outside, laying on her bed and staring at the ceiling.]

[Ed simply sits on the floor and keeps an eye on her, feeling a bit bad that he hadn't gone with her, but he had been so exhausted and had needed rest yesterday after he had been out all day helping with the traps and gathering food. Then he had had his alchemy demonstration with Kaito and had Al tell him to get to bed.]

[Curled up hugging his knees as he watches her, cautious and concerned of the mushroom's effects, but she seemed to have calmed a little now, perhaps.]
