VIRGINIA MAXWELL from Wild Arms 3.
I actually don't just want her because she would make Janus' life ten times more interesting. I think she is genuinely one of my favorite RPG characters ever. Virginia is basically the protagonist of Wild Arms 3 and she's this 18 year-old girl who leaves her hometown for the first time ever to see the world. The game follows her growth and it's great because she basically kicks a lot of the typical RPG cliches in the face. I mean, she starts off as being naive but she learns from her mistakes fairly quickly. She's jesus-y to an extent, but not completely, too. I don't know, I can't even describe how much I really love her character.
Another thing that I like is that the game does not focus on romantic relationships. I mean, one of your party members is married but aside from that, there is no real romance (aside from hints and subtext, but nothing blatant). There's more of a focus on character dynamics and growth, but Virginia never falls head over heels for "some boy"; she's completely focused on her life and her goals and so on and so forth.

• Dietrich likes talking to nice girls! ( talking extends to duping them, inviting them on picnics, and planning to torture them. in his head. but this is partly fantastical, he gets a sort of bizarre mental high from mundane conversations where adorable sweet girls believe his lies. he also enjoys girls with backbones SO REALLY TALKING TO NICE GIRLS IS LIKE A+ NO MATTER WHAT )
• reminding Radu of how much his life sucks. It's like a hobby!
• he likes working with machines! It's nice to do things with his hands, and machines/technology are things he is good at, and idk he enjoys it.
• make monsters ... :'D... well, this hinges a bit on Camp because he doesn't have as many vampires as he'd like to dick around with and ZOMBIES ARE NOT STURDY :( and so he has to figure out ways to make his zombiemonsters not suck :( :( :( :( and I am sure he likes this in canon too, but there are other things to do in canon like help blow up the world.
• one of his faaaaaaaaavorite things is to make people choose between a rock and a hard place and manipulate the situation so that they feel awful and despair-ful about it. Uh. LIKE KILLING YOUR BFFFFFFF. Or something.
Tell me something interesting about one of your characters' more intimate emotional life! Doesn't have to be romantic, but that would count too.

None of my characters really have anything romantic going on, so that doesn't apply. :(d Emotionally though, Janus is a bit of a mess even if he doesn't show it. He's sorting through a lot of FEELINGS on certain things from canon plus the fact that he likes to deny that he has any real emotions about people period. He's starting to realize that he's actually getting attached to one or two people around camp and he's not entirely sure if that's a good thing or not.
