School sucks, what else is new
It's almost the end of my first week of school, and already I am longing for winter break. Sigh. Is it odd that I'm most concerned about my photography class? That's not to say that I have a small work load this term--quite the contrary--but rather, the professor seems to be expecting a lot from an introductory photography class. And there aren't many assignments, so, very little room to make mistakes.
Starting school means I'll also likely have next to no time to write fic or read much of it--which is particularly disappointing to me, because I was especially lazy this summer and wrote very little while I actually had free time. Oddly enough, I busted out about 3,000 words of fic the night before moving in (instead of packing, whoo), but who knows if I'll manage my time well enough to continue that through the school year.
On the upside, two of my professors have already mentioned or discussed The Dark Knight during lecture, and I heard some random girl in the cafeteria yell "Why so serious?" to someone. LOL, college.
