imamandajulis and rhiannonsbirds7 have just begun posting their long Torchwood/Heroes crossover over here at imamandajulius's journal. Now, I'm not fluent in Torchwood canon yet--I'm only two episodes into the series at this point--but the fic is easy enough to follow if you have a general sense of what the show is, and the character voices are dynamic and fun. Judging by what I know is coming, their fic series promises to be exciting and well done--they weave together the Torchwood and Heroes canons successfully and have some more surprises in store. The structure of the fic is also creative--it jumps between narrators without feeling jarring and still manages to convey each character's voice distinctively. They're really putting so much hard work and dedication into this, that even if you're not a Torchwood fan, I encourage you to go and check it out. :)
