1st of all, it is not "my site", actually, it's my livejournal.
as i requested above, please direct me to anything of yours that i has not already been removed, since i have deleted the original photos (so as not to be tempted to use them), i do not know if i still have anything containing your original photos.
i will ask once again that you please show me if i did not remove something you'd like for me to remove. i am not being hostile or refusing to remove something; i am offering. threatening to remove my account is really an invalid argument on your part because i am not arguing, i am telling you i'll remove whatever you want me to. i realize the internet is all about anonymity and power struggle, but you've won, you can stop with the account deleting threats.

i have heard this speech from you before and i acknowledge it. if any others become a problem, i will remove those as well.
on some images, however, it is okay to use them. for example, when i physically make something (say a "texture" that i have taken a photo of, or something i created from a blank document) i ask for credit for my work. no one has to ask permission to use them. when i take photos at concerts, no one has to ask permission, as long as they somehow acknowledge that i took the photo.
i am not saying the same applies to you, i'm just pointing out that not every image is illegal to use.

actually, its your live journal account, anything you do on it, you are responsible for.

as for directing you to anything that you used, that is not my responsibility, that is your responsibility, If I find my work on your site, I will just report you to live journal rather than let you know, so that they can delete your site for copyright infringement for being a repeat infringer. If you would just ask permission before you steal photos you would not be in this position. Its not my job to let you know that you used my photos without my permission, its your job not to use them without asking.

Threatening to remove your account is valid, just because you offer to remove my work does not mean you did nothing wrong and its ok, my work should have never been used in the first place. I am not being hostile either, I am just informing you that you are breaking the law, and that I will not stand for it and I will do all that I can to stop you.

As for the threats, Its not really a threat, I am just telling you what is going to happen if you keep up what you are doing.

this is not true, unless you own the image, or you have permission to use it. If its my image, you have no rights to use them, or ever will. I dont care if you change the colors or edit it to hell, you still have no rights to use it unless you have permission or own it.

that is you, that is not everyone else. All of my photos say with the watermark that they are copyrighted, also it says on my site that you may not use them in any way.

the only images that are not a illegal use, is if you own it, or you have permission to use it. (i think i said it a million times now)

as far as i can see, i have not used your work at all. as i was doing this page, i had listed your site as one i visited often. i did not use your work in any of my graphics. i will not in the future.
i have gone through all of my public graphics and there are none that include any photos you have taken.

i realize i am responsible for my livejournal, i was just pointing our that this isn't my website, because i do have one. that was just a side note that had nothing to do with anything, really.

i did not steal any images from you, i double checked to make sure no images of yours are on my site, and i removed your site from this page. i assume this was the original problem.
i realize i should've checked before i put your site on my credits page (although i put it in advance, in case i used something of yours)
i would've appreciated if you would've checked first to see if i even used your things before accusing me of stealing your property, as i did not.

i didn't steal anything of yours and i am sorry for the inconvenience it may have caused you. if you have any further problems, you may contact me about those. i assume this issue is resolved and put to rest.
