Finally~ a new layout~
I've been in something of a Rurouni Kenshin mood (again) and decided to showcase one of my favorite RK pairings ever of Yukishirou Enishi/Kamiya Kaoru. (Or EnKa, as I like to call it. ^.^) I almost went with Kenshin/Tomoe, but changed my mind at the last minute.
Yes, it's very red and black. But it contrasts so we~ll... ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
But, on to other news...
The batch of Gundam SEED Destiny fansubs I was downloading - episodes 01-25 - finally reached 100% yesterday. Only for me to realize, as I began to watch, the SUBTITLES WERE IN SPANISH. GRRAAAARRRGGGHHH!!!!! I'm trying to muddle my way through them anyway, because I know enough to get the gist of what's being said, but everything goes by so fast it's hard to keep up. x.X
So now I've got to decide what I'm going to have occupying bittorrent now...
Let me just say, I adore YouTube. Once upon a time, I was all "WHY WON'T YOU FRICKIN' WORK, YOU STUPID PIECE OF- *computer crashes* AAAARRRGGGHHHH~!!!!!!!"
...let's just say, YT and I had our issues. I could never get the videos to play or this or that and GAH! *pulls hair* But now! Now, it is fluffy happy love-love and whee~! ♥
(Except for when they start culling AMVs due to copyright issues and such. Then, I'm all, "alksdjfl;k;asdf?! GIMME BACK MY ZUTARA AMVS NOW, DAMN YOU~!!!!! *shakes fist*")
But during our high points, I get the chance to catch up on series that I can't get ahold of otherwise, as the other series I'm slowly downloading take up too much time and space. Ouran Koukou Host Club is one. Mostly I prefer the manga, but to see my beloved Kyouya/Haruhi animated... *sighs* (Shut up. KyouHaru OTP, dammit!)
At least, that's what I'd planned. But clearday_4ever is currently downloading Host-bu, so I can just watch it on her computer. ^_^
And I recently finished up watching Princess Tutu, which I totally adore. The main reason I decided to track it down was due to a song on one of my favorite mp3 rotation sites. The rec mentioned that it was used in a most amazing AMV that I felt the urge to track down after giving the song a listen to. And seeing the AMV sparked my interest, so I read up on the series at Wikipedia and OMG, FANGIRLY BLOOD RUSHING TO BRAIN, EEEEE~!
So, yeah. Had to give it a try. And despite everything, I'm still OTP-ing Mytho x Ahiru. :p Though I don't reject Fakir x Mytho, because the combination of Fakir's possessive/protectiveness and Mytho's fluffy-angsty (pantless!) cuteness makes me go all doki-doki. And I fell pretty fast and hard for Fakir x Ahiru. Plus, Mytho x Rue and Rue/Ahiru... Hee~! (Yes, I do orgy-ship. ^_^)
And I'm pretty sure that episode 23 has made Fakir/Mytho/Ahiru my new OT3...
Now, I'm thinking of seeing just how the anime versions of Death Note and D.Gray-man compare to the manga. From what little I've seen, I like the way DN is animated (uwah~ Raito and L are SO FREAKING HOT), but DGM... Well, Allen is just so...not-fluffy looking like in the manga...and Kanda seems so...I dunno. I'm not even sure I want to know how my beloved Komui looks...
As I've heard so many good things about it, I'm thinking of giving Saiunkoku Monogatari a try. Especially considering how many references people make to Fushigi Yuugi when talking about it, but then go on to say that it isn't like FY at all. *is confused, but interested*
I've also been meaning to watch Sugar Sugar Rune for the longest time now; ever since I heard of the anime existing, really. I completely and utterly ADORE THIS MANGA TO DEATH AND BEYOND. RLY-TRLY-SRSLY. Pierre/Chocolat OTP, wai~! ♥ ♥ ♥
Plus, I've found episodes of Card Captor Sakura. Considering just how much I adored the manga... Oh, yeah. (TOUYA♥YUKI, HERE I COME!)
And! And! GetBackers, too! I needz mah Juubei/Kazuki fix, nya~!
The only real problem comes in deciding just what to watch next. *is way too indecisive*
