don't stand too close
so, i was an hour late for work today. well, 'late' doesn't really mean that much, when you work a 'part time' job with flexible hours. but based on my personal schedule, i was an hour late. apparently i went to sleep without setting my alarm? good job!
last night i went to a bbq w/abigail, over by chicago & damen at jamie's new apartment. it was good times. really, the only people i knew there were abby, chris, and jamie, but it was fun. then we relocated to louie's (it was tuesday, afterall), where i did a stunning rendition of "The Freshman" by the Verve Pipe. Then (I have no idea why) we went to Estelle's. For "one drink". One turned into two, but I went home after that.
tonight is the last night of TEAM (the place where i mentor Mark, my hs student). i'll need to find some other volunteering opportunity.
i have some self-indulgent reflections and thoughts i could write, but i'm really just too hungover for that right now.
