A Time to Say Goodbye
((OOC: Sorry it's taken me so long to do this. I've been kind of insecure about doing a real RP post as it's really my first time doing this so... I hope this is alright. I've really been trying to write it for a couple days and it just hadn't come out well xD I tend to babble a lot so forgive me! Also ummm I don't know how to make a continuation to a link so I'm sorry it's horribly long in your friends' page thingies. If someone can tell me how I'll change it. Oh yes, and I hoped it was alright that I didn't write the whole thing. I wanted to get some interactivity since we have both Taichi and Sora players :D *finally I know xD*))
Sora sighed deeply. She was happy that she was going to see Taichi, but she knew it would be one of the last times she would see him before he left to Mexico. Agumon, of course, would take good care of him and protect Taichi if anything happened, but she couldn't help this deep feeling of dread in her heart that something was about to go horribly wrong. Sora had always been a worrier especially to those whom she loved so this was nothing new to her, but regardless she was having a hard time both dealing with it and hiding it. Despite her repeated chanting of Don't worry, Sora. Everything will be okay. Taichi will be okay. She couldn't help the knot in her stomach. But Taichi was picking her up soon so she must remain strong for him and for herself. She made it her mission that the two of them would have fun and enjoy themselves if it was the last thing she'd do!
Sora looked at the time. It was 3 pm and almost time for Taichi to arrive to go pick her up. She hadn't told him the details of what she had planned out for him yet as she wanted it to be a surprise - for obvious reasons. She thought about what the day will bring and she smiled and started to forget all her worries for a bit. Taichi was their leader after all and he knew what he was doing. He would never get hurt. The best thing she could do right now is make him happy and create good memories to last until he returned.
She stepped outside her apartment to go wait for him bringing her bag of tennis gear with her. The summer air was nice to breathe and it was a perfect day for tennis. Not too hot and the tennis court she went to was usually shaded around this time of day. Hopefully she wouldn't make Taichi too miserable. She grinned at the thought of what he would say once he found out her plans. As she was walking down the steps she saw Taichi's car pull into the parking lot. Her previously worried and depressed mood was quickly getting better as she hurried her pace to meet him.
She opened up the door to get in quickly so Taichi couldn't get a good glimpse of her tennis bag and drive away in fear. She knew his idea of fun wasn't exactly tennis but it sure was fun for her to see him try!
"Hey Taichi!" She hugged him - well the best one can hug inside a car - and put her bag down. "Guess what we're doing today?" She grinned looking at the expression on his face.
