1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup milk
1 egg

1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 and 3/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 cup strawberries, chopped.
Mix oil, milk, and egg together. In a separate mixing bowl, mix all the rest of the ingredients except the strawberries together. Toss strawberries into dry ingredients, then mix in the wet. Pour batter into muffin tins and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 25-30 min. Makes 12.
These were *awesome.* The bottoms were gooey because of the excess of strawberries I used, but they solidified once they cooled down and were delicious when reheated. Ate 4 and a half today... >_> Yeah. Don't judge.
