I found out today that not only is Donald Kagan going to be at my therapist's son's wedding--but that the good professor is his dear friend and mentor, and convinced him to go into medicine instead of Greek history. Le SIGH. When she told me, I waxed poetic for a good five minutes on my affection for Mr Kagan. Which makes me So. Cool.
