Awww, that's so sweet. It always annoyed me that we never got a reaction from Carole when the truth came out. Finn lost a daughter but she lost a granddaughter too.

Ryan + Quinn paired up, yay!
But oh, is he pulling away from her? I can understand that he's disheartened by the fact that Quinn hasn't budged at all but really, Ryan seems to be acting more the boyfriend without actually being called the 'boyfriend'.

But I am worried. Is Finn going to sing that song again? I cringed when I saw that... I might cringe if/when I read it.

I have nothing good(read: really,really bad) to say about Quinn's parents so I will just not say a word and hopefully that will speak more to what I think of them... Did that make sense? :-/

But lmao, Suzy Pepper has a crush on Ryan? That one I definitely didn't see coming but great to see Jealous!Quinn too.

I'm done catching up, :(. I mean it has been an awesome read but I want more already. But I'll wait 'cause I know it'll be worth it, :D.

Finn is not going to be singing that song again, Quinn would kill him before she let him do that. I can never watch that scene all the way through, Quinn is so clearly distressed and uncomfortable before he even started singing, so the fact that he went ahead and did it anyway...Just ugh, Finn's a douche that had no respect for what Quinn wanted.

This is hands down THE best Male!Rachel fic on the Internet.
I always find myself eagerly awaiting your updates :)
Your writing never fails to make me laugh and then cry a sentence later, you really are putting us readers on an emotional roller coaster almost as turbulent as Quinn hormones ;) and I'm really digging the tasteful and totally awesome Finn and Shue bashing.

Then just when I thought this was amazing, you have Carole (who was the one I found myself pitting the most during baby gate) and territorial!Quinn in the same chapter.

Thank you so much. Seriously, I am so glad that you're enjoying it and you don't find the Finn and Schue bashing over the top, I just really don't like them.

I also found myself sympathizing with Carole during babygate. From the sounds of it, it was just her and Finn for most of their lives since she apparently doesn't even talk to other moms, so I think that she was really looking forward to having a granddaughter. So sad that she lost just as much as Finn did when the truth came out.

Anyway, sorry it's taking so long with this chapter (part b, c and d are just being absolute bitches to write since I'm really not much of an angst writer.) but part b's up now :)

May I just say that whilst I usually stay well away from stories with bashing in them, the more I think about it the more I'm positive that your 'bashing' can't be called bashing since Will and Finn are so in character in your fic, they're just naturally irritating.

And five days a long time? It can take me months to even think about updating over on FF.net so I will happily wait five days for an update of this awesome story.
