[journal - locked from Sylar] moving forward

Dec 09, 2010 15:15

[she's in the lobby, netbook on her lap as she types this out. Faith and Christopher are still on their way back from New York, Spike got detoured in Vegas, and there was a serial killer in the basement.

Not exactly same-old/same-old for the Hyperion. Elle was sure of that. Still, she figured that this was the quickest way to get everyone aware of the situation and at least let them know she'd talked to Sylar.]

Anyone not in the hotel should be made aware that Sylar is currently in the basement. He's making good use of Angel's cage, but I'm thinking that is a temporary solution. Even though I know the shared opinion is that he deserves that sort of treatment, I for one am not looking forward to waste management duty.

Either way, I've spoken to him. I'm fine. I want to thank everyone, too, for helping me with this. It's not exactly the best chapter of my life, but I guess it's got a bitch of an epilogue.

The problem now, is that he's here. That means we've all taken on some sort of moral obligation to ensure he doesn't run off into the world and pick up where he left off. His current claim, aside from a creepy notion that I'm supposed to help him, is that he wants to take up our side of the fight.

I'm up for suggestions on how to make sure he stays away from me, away from harming other innocent people. I'd like to know if he's lying too, about the whole wanting to help thing.

So... suggestions, I'm up for them. I'm also thinking that this can't be something that just Dean and I decide on. You guys are my family and I can't just shut you out of a choice this big.

[feel free to bother her in the lobby, or via the journal]
