Dalia walked down the steps of City Hall and over to a bench on the corner where she and James were supposed to meet. They hadn't made concrete plans - she didn't know where they were grabbing dinner or if they'd do anything afterward - but it had been a few days and they both wanted to see each other, so they'd agreed to meet.
