The show in Galveston was none too stellar. The venue was decent, but not made for rock. And there were so many stupid fucking technical difficulties and the sound guy would just set the shit up and go drink in the other room, so every time there was a problem, we had to wait around for someone to find his stupid, drunk fucking fat ass to fix it. And I was incredibly exhausted, so I kept forgetting shit and my energy was not up to par. Shitty show. Great response, though. All the old drunk people loved it. Which is a good thing. We can win over any crowd, and that makes me feel good.
It seems every week there's someone new to think about for me, until I think too much and it's all over. It's nice when someone not quite new edges in unexpectedly. Surprises are good.
I have to work a double on Father's Day. I need the money, though, so I shant complain just yet. Maybe tomorrow night.
but the leaves and the seas are all that are paramount to me.
