so... work has been going okay... just pretty rainy, which sucks in the fact that there's a lot that we can't do, but it's good in the fact that it means less kids show up. i don't know how i feel about the new people... the volunteers just don't really associate with any of the other counselors, lindsey is quitting and didn't bother showing up yesterday, and sometimes i think that christian thinks that he's GOING to playground rather than working there. he's not so bad, actually, though. at least he's good with the kids. i don't know, though. i've just been getting so goddamn annoyed with everything lately. it seems like the only time when i'm really cheerful and energetic is with the kids. little things just set me off. like i was totally in a pissy mood all night tonight because of something really dumb. whatever. but i did have a ton of fun hanging out with craig yesterday making AMAZING cupcakes... and he made me dinner; it was really cute. i can't wait to hang out with him on saturday. and justin because i'm sort of mad that i haven't gotten to hang out with him besides prom. i mean, he is craig's best friend, and he's a really great guy, too. i'm actually a little worried about saturday because craig's family is all going to be there, so there's going to be A TON of people that i don't know... and i'm really bad with names, so everybody will be referred to as "hey". "Hey, can you pass the..." i just don't want to think that he goes to school in less than a week. this sucks. big time. i don't even know what i'm going to do with myself... no more falling asleep in his basement... haha, i totally did that yesterday, and he just went upstairs and worked on stuff and let me nap... what a cutie. he said the other day, "you're not going to miss me, are you?" like i shouldn't just because he's still pretty close by... of course i am. and i'm totally making him take pictures of me to put in his dorm room to keep all those crazy college chicks away... haha, just kidding. but he does keep talking about how he's going to party it up in college... with his roommates, one being a pothead and one being a computer geek. fabulous. have fun getting stoned and hacking into government files, babe. love you.
