so... i am working on thursday, friday, AND saturday... nights. that's pretty cute, i must say. i apologize to all you drama kids for missing what i'm sure will be an AMAZING show... you guys impress me so much. i wish you all the best of luck, and i owe you flowers (amy, i owe paper flowers). BUT work has been going pretty well. i got a few really sweet customers today who told me that i was really friendly, and one woman told me that i have a "contagious smile". she was cute. i also saw mrs. collins... which was a little weird, but still nice. and then i have bitchy people.... but i'm not going to talk about them right now. everybody's really friendly. james bought me pizza today during his break, which i thought was sweet, and he and kevin both gave me their numbers (unprovoked, i might add). kevin left his on my time card with a note, which was amusing, especially because i thought it was something about how much time i'm requesting off for april because of my family going to new mexico plus the band trip plus all these "accepted student" college visit things. so, a friendly note was definitely a nice surprise. they're both really nice guys, so it'd be fun to get together sometime. i'm definitely the good girl of the store, though. i'm okay with it, but it's just really funny to compare sometimes. james kept telling me how much it sucked that i wasn't "legal". whatever, i will be in like two months. haha, he actually made fun of how i walked today, and i told him that he brought up scarring childhood memories of being called "buttwaggler" in elementary school... which he thought i was making up. i've just always had a big ass, it's my genes. but i get to work that ass off next week, so that should be a good time. and next friday and saturday are employee appreciation days = i get an extra 15% off everything in addition to my 15% employee discount = i will be spending WAY too much money on clothes that i really don't need. but still, fun times. working tomorrow 11-3, if anyone happens to be around groton (ooh, and stop by the taco bell... i am SO trying that new chicken caesar salad wrap... doubt that it will compare to the crunch wrap supreme, but a girl has to be open to new things). love you all!
