I agree that the very fact that you wrote out this long entry and most of it is very anti-either of these guys, you don't really want either of them.
BUT if I thought one was probably more suited for you than the other, I'd pick the cafe guy. Just because I've been there with the guy that is uber hot and semi-ok to talk to, but when it comes right down to it, you don't really feel like you can totally be yourself around him? Maybe? AND I think a guy that feels like he's moving too fast IS moving too fast and you and I aren't exactly the "yeah, I sleep with someone on the 3rd or 4th date" kind of girls, so that would probably become an issue. I don't know.
I think it's best to remain single until it feels right and you don't seem to think either of these guys feel right. And if it's important to you to find a Christian guy, then you need to do that. Don't compromise. Don't waste your time on someone who isn't likely to go anywhere, you know?
Yeah, you're definitely right that me writing this pretty much answers any questions I had about either guy.
And even though I sometimes get really frustrated about being single in what seems like a world of couples, when I really get down to it and look at it, I am so much happier how I am right now than when I am dating someone. I suppose that's a bi-product of dating the wrong person, but it's also a huge indicator that's telling me I should definitely steer away from dating someone just for to date them. It's never worth it in the long run.
