Dinner for Valentine's Day
So this was a Valentine's Day dinner for my mates.
Candied walnuts
Chicken marinaded in coconut pineapple juice covered in pineapple rings and shredded coconut, on a bed of rice pilaf surrounded by spinach and glazed carrots... served with a yummy strawberry white zinfandel... :3
(That was after I forgot to serve it with the candied walnuts... :/)
Was really a meal cooked for three... :3
And for dessert, coconut creme pie... :3
All of this by candlelight... *purrs*
