Please Hankyu don’t destroy the Star’s Trio!
I would like to make a request for all the not Japanese speakers who love Takarazuka Revue Star Troupe the way it is now.
I think Ouki Kaname has been having great performances as nibante in Star Troupe. She and the two leading top stars Yuzuki Reon and Yumesaki Nene have a kind of natural interaction that is not often seen; this interaction makes that combination of actresses so special that ought to be keep for the glory of their art.
Ouki Kaname and Yuzuki Reon have a nice friendship and camaraderie in and out the stage. This makes them better actresses and enhance the development of the characters in which they been working in relatively so little time, this means they could be even better if they work together for a longer time. This could be not only profitable for their career, but for the performances and for the public who’ll get to see top notch actresses.
The harmony in the voices of the three actresses is one more reason why they should remain working together. Their voices perfectly complement each other; they are the perfect triangle (hero, antagonist/best friend, love interest/ friend) that we often enjoy in the great musicals productions.
This are some of the reasons with which I ask you to join me in signing a petition and for someone with more Japanese knowledge than me to help translate it so it can be sent to Hankyu Co. so they let Ouki Kaname remain in the Star Troupe as part of something special that is poetry in motion.
