As a wonderful Christmas gift to everyone, Hirotaka Terui has posted a video promo for the show he and former top musumeyaku, Maikaze Rira, are doing in late January. The promo features three of the main songs from the show (which is inspired by O. Henry's "The Gift of the Magi") and some footage from the rehearsal period, amongst them a clip of Maachan celebrating her birthday - on the 23rd of December - in the studio along with their pianist and Teruman.

I am so excited for this show, even if I can't watch it. It sounds like just the sort of performance Maachan would engage in and love.
