Mizu Natsuki & sister article

A while ago I was rummaging on both LJ and Google, looking for a glimpse of Mizu Natsuki's twin sister (why, twins are fascinating and interesting!) and while doing so I stumbled on another fan's lj post linking to this pdf article.
It is a pamphlet issued by the Chiba City International Association and, among other things, it features a short but interesting article about a certain couple of twins from Chiba... with some pictures :)
I thought it would be interesting to share with the community, as I think this was never posted here so here it is!
