It's been a while...
Where I've been and why I haven't been here: ther short version.
I been siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiick!
The slightly longer version: in April I got a really nasty upper respiratory infection. In May it developed into pneumonia and I got put on Cipro. June 9, two days after the antibiotics wore off, the pneumonia came roaring back and I ended up in the ER. Ya know, when you've been sitting around in the ER for a couple of hours, who all of a sudden the nurses will come wheeling someone right from the front door past the waiting room and back to the doctors? Well, that was me--then they sent me on to a nice room all by myself with oxygen going up my nose and an IV in my arm and didn't let me go home for FIFTEEN days.
I was pronounced pneumonia-free last week.
I finally don't feel like crap.
I'm leaving for my chemo appointment in 20 minutss, so I won't be posting for a few days, but I'll be back on Friday or Saturday
