passed my midterm and final! i was the co-valedictorian of my class out of like, 30 people. yes, i had the highest score! woot. and many of those ppl were long-time real estate agents. i'm proud of myself. i've proved that when i apply myself, i've still got it!
i take my huge test on tuesday, if all goes well, i'll be a licensed agent wednesday. it's amazing how much information has been packed into my head. mostly all laws. i'm retaining it as of yet. next monday i start my job!
