You're on the police squad, right? What are they looking for in people-I mean, if they're even hiring. I know I'm not really the uniform type, but I do help run a division of shinigami back home.

I am, yeah. I've been an adviser and auxiliary officer for a while, but I recently took over at the prison, since it was in desperate need of reformation. I work with Urahara and Leia right now.

The police are always hiring. Captain Kuchiki heads up a unit, and I know Captain Hitsugaya is in the process of becoming a full fledged member. I imagine you wouldn't want to work under Kuchiki?

More like he wouldn't want me to work under him. He's a stiff son of a bitch but somehow we get along fun running 6th division. But he keeps telling me to just train, and I'm not gonna slack on that but...look, you've seen people come back here after blinking away. They don't really remember the City when they're out of it. So if training's not gonna do anything worthwhile there, I may as well try something here.

There an interview process or something?

I can understand that. Well, there's a few specialized departments - investigation, special assault, and then there's the smaller department I run at the prison. It depends on what you want to do.
