good/bad news
GOOD > 1) errol, of whole foods market, calls me up today and says (paraphrased)
"i tried your kimchee and it's as good as the fresh kimchee i've had while growing up in nyc... then i went to your website, and your fresh/local approach is just the kind of business we'd like to work with. we are opening up our flagship store in austin, which is basically a city block large, and we want your tofu egg rolls, kimchee, and tofu entrees in it."
wow, this internet/website thing has some benefits after all. also this is the first "errol" i've spoken to.
2) austin demos in whole foods may start when the store opens in mar 3. good chance to meet the whole foods crowd.
BAD > 1) like walmart, whole foods has had controversial dealings with its employees (whole foods is not pro-union)

2) we will also have to stop using bleached flour pronto... it's one of the many ingredients banned in whole foods endorsed goods.
