I've overnighted them via Fedex to other customers in NYC and other far off US locales. With mixed results however. Sometimes, they arrived on time, other times, they haven't. Fedex has its risks.

The main obstacle is our tofu eggrolls aren't national yet, so we're only in Texas now. I've done some internet searching and have found Kash n Karry, Publix, and Acme Markets (Albertson's owned) in your state/vicinity. We are going to approach these chains with our tofu eggrolls. If there are any other stores/chains more convenient for you, please let me know.
Getting approval from these retail behemoths probably takes a few weeks, so please be patient with us. I'll definitely keep you posted.
Most likely our tofu eggrolls will be shipped frozen to these stores, and sold in their frozen case.
