I am going to join the love for Ryune party here.

I don't like Obama's policies, for the most part, but I am very, very glad someone is able to rationally explain why they would vote for him. Also I think I would like him more if his supporters in my city didn't riot and burn down McCain posters in people's yard. Yea, great way to promote unity...

Honestly, I can't vote, but for these I was looking mostly at foreign policy (McCain's specialty) and economics (has there ever been a democrat that has lowered taxes?) since those are the big issues at the moment. (Of course, no one was evenly remotely considering foreign policy...) I support gay marriage, but that is not a federal issue. It is the states' decision and even with Obama as president that will not change.

I'm anti-abortion because of an emotional aspect. If those people end up having children and those children find out that they once had a brother or sister killed? Yea, that wouldn't be fun. And I would hate to have the next generation of 'I wish I need never been born' arguments to include the thoughts of parents killing their own children. A part of me also can't see why any good mother would want to end the life of their child.

Anyway Bookie is too young to vote yay and her state went democratic anyway. I hope that Obama does make the right choices for the country.

...I think this is all I had to say. Yes.
