No Mouse & the NaNoWriMo
So, to start off with something has gone terribly wrong. My mouse is broken. Which means that thanks to the ingenious minds of my two younger sisters I'm navigating the computer through keyboard alone. Lovely, ne? I hate it. It makes me feel handicapped. Does that make me a freak? I don't think so...
Now, to the NaNoWriMo. That is the lovely acronym for National Novel Writers Month. The idea is to write an entire novel by Nov. 30 midnight (which is something I planned to be doing write now). 50,000 words or 175 pages. I think they're equivilant...not sure though. Anyway, working on it - fantasy is my genre so like almost everything else I've written that is what this one will be. Took me a few days but I have a solid plotline worked out with three main characters, three subcharacters and a little romantic drama. Romance isn't my exact forte so to speak, but I try. Abstract romance is more my thing - symbolizing love through personification and things like that.
So, I'm doing fairly well in school; I'm trying to pull my grade point average from its current 3.65 to a 3.86 at LEAST; hopefully it can be better than that if I pull an A in trig, too. If I can pull an A in AP History, French, and Trig than my GPA should surpass a 4.0, which would make me infinitly happy.
Its taken me forever to figure out how I'm going to work out putting up Abandoned Sky, the Bleach fanfiction I've been working out for the longest time. I've finally figured out the entire three sequence story and where I'll be posting it. I'll make a new account on LJ for it, so that I can post all the chapters and avoid a beating by Bleach fans on Fanfiction.net for taking a few artistic liberties. Genius, ne? Not really. But I'd like to think so.
Its so wierd, when ever I think of posting on LJ I always have so much to say and so much insightful things to spread around but when I actually sit down it all kinda goes flat. I might be posting again today, becuase I feel like there's more that I want to say and I just haven't got the words to say it right now. Hopefully it'll come. Love all of you guys and leave me a comment.
